photo finish ... thats how our wedding preps ended ... let me just tell you first that i live in fairview and neal was staying in makati. meeting place namin always was makati... and yes i drive myself.
april 29 friday, start ng leave ko from work. morning we went to mc to submit marriage bands, and at last available na ang misalette. then sa afternoon we shopped for neal's shoes, camisa, socks and hanky. last we went to our designer to pick up something.
saturday, despedida ko at my mom's house. may 2, did our misalette buti nalang medyo naumpisahan ko na, readings na lang. kahit ipapa-approve ko palang made 50 sets na para from mc straight na kami sa unifair binondo.
may 3, went to mc again to submit misalette sample, thank god approved (ang galing ko talga hehe =p ) and sumbitted endorsements for readers, offerers and suppliers. then we headed straight to unifair to have the misalettes made. then met with our ae at the pen, paid the remaining 50% and finalized floorplan and details. went to our designer again to pick up something. in the evening, we met with our emcee, neal's officemate to go thru the program. yes this was the first time we met. also at the same coffeeshop, pinapunta namin si cj from 3logy to show us our completed avp. sympre ang gulo sa coffee bean pero we were happy na with the result... besides no more time to make drastic changes.
may 4, split up kami today. morning i went to my friend na magpapahiram sakin ng earrings for the wedding and then i met up with my coordinators at podium. again first time namin mag-meet about my wedding although kay has already been asking me stuff sa ym. gave them my program and of course wala pa akong seatplan! wala na talga ako oras magtawag at mag text sa mga hindi nag rsvp though i really wanted to =( then i went to cake station to pay for our cake in greenhills. si neal ang gagawin dapat today is pumunta ng dentist to have his braces removed. sympre walang nangyari. tom nalang daw. we went again to our designer (yes araw2 kami nasa designer). gave neal the cds for burning for our souvenirs.
may 5, coding ako so house lang ako. si neal dapat magbu burn ng cds kasi 11 lang ang natapos nya the night before. also i told him to get rid of the braces na and also transfer funds sa banks kasi bayaran time na. went to the mall, bought chips and nuts for pica2 sa reception, bought the wines, bought parchment and ribbons for the cd souvenirs and me and my mom went to the salon for foot spa. si neal kinukulit ko sa phone re updates. ayun mukhang wala pang nagawa. pag uwi ko ng house tinawagan ko na tumataas na ang boses ko and i was crying already. na stress ako sa fact na naka braces pa din si neal hahaha! kaya nga sya pabalik balik sa dentist the past few mos was para gumanda na ang teeth nya sa kasal at matanggal temporarily ang braces eh. at hindi pa naka transfer ng funds! gosh eh checkbook ko ang ginamit... well at least na burn nya ang cds at nakuha nya pala ang finished misalettes which pinadala na nya sa sis ko that night. so that night din natapos namin ni sis ang souvenirs. sya ang naglagay ng sticker at ako ang nagpack and ribbon =) i slept for 3 hrs lang siguro...
may 6, original plan hapon pa kami magkikita (for confession and nails) after i check in sa hotel with my family. since na stress ako sa braces nya ayun 7am umalis na ako ng house. i left all my stuff to my reliable mom who packed everything except for my honeymoon bag. so i met neal at makati then had breakfast... then my nail broke pero cool lang ako pwede naman pudpod nails kahit na perfect na sana for french tip ang tubo ng nails ko. i wanted sana for us to split up pero mukhang ayaw nya at sinama pa ako sa dentist nya sa pasay. pero wala di dumating si dentist! kakaloka talga, balik nalang daw ng 3pm kahit may appointment kami! then we went back to makati to transfer funds and get some cash. neal left me sa bank while he went sandali sa ofc nya. since malapit lang ako sa greenbelt i decided to walk nalang sa chapel to check kung may confession. ayos meron the whole day pa. so while waiting for neal nag confess na ako, then sya naman. we had lunch then had our nails done sa tips and toes. the girl there told me na she'll sculpture nalang my 1 nail kasi sayang naman. medyo ayaw ko sana pero thank god napapayag nya ako kasi ang ganda talga =) tapos nag check in na ako sa pen kahit wala pa my family. para ready na diba. tiningnan namin ni neal ung suite. ang ganda nya =) tapos yun neal left me na to go to his dentist while i wait for my family. i was about to go to netopia glorietta (ang mahal kasi sa business center) to make my seatplan pero dumating na my family. yan na super stress na ako kasi i told kay ill give her my list office hours eh 3pm na ata nun. tapos my tito and tita from the states who just arrived that day were with my family so ayun nag merienda pa kami sa lobby habang super stressed na talga ako. so in the end nag business center pa din ako hehe, paid about 1k for an hours work. ok lang at least natapos na at na-email ko kay kay. i didnt have dinner na that night, banana nalang from my room, dami naman ng merienda ko e. super dami ko pa din iniisip. enan's asst. delivered the gowns mga 10pm na... ok lang no problem i have full faith in my cousin. super excited na kami ni neal we're both assuring each other that everythings gona be ok. ang sweet talga naming mag-sweetie =) tapos yun humiga na ako pero pabangon bangon tapos may isusulat ako na reminders... hanggang madaling araw ata everytime i pee dadaan ako sa table para magsulat. at least i still had presence of mind hahaha! im not really sure if i slept at all that night basta impt nakapikit mata ko =D
