We had lunch with my sister's bf Vinh last Sunday. He's here for just 2 weeks to see my sister and also take a look at the Midlands church and reception for their upcoming Phil. wedding in December 2009. Yes they changed their minds again. They will have a civil wedding in the US this year and church naman in 2009 when my youngest sister will be back in the Phils.
After hearing the 9:30 mass at Powerplant Mall we had a feast at C2. I wasn't crazy about the food though they had huge servings and they had a killer red egg rice, binagoongan and sizzling bulalo.
Lato salad
Salmon with adobo dressing. The salmon was really fresh and cooked well.
Killer Red egg rice
Tilapia fillet with cream sauce. I didn't like this one.
Crispy kare kare. It's boneless crispy pata with kare-kare sauce.
The sauce could use some improvements.
Binagoongan baboy. This is yummy!
Sizzling bulalo. Another winner
Then Vinh brought out his pasalubong for Anton. I had this Eddie Bauer Harness Buddy bought but Vinh just gave it as a gift. This is only $10 from Target.
Anton doesn't like it.

manu has that harness buddy too! i had my sil buy it for him before our sing trip last year. he didn't (and still doesn't) like wearing it but i like it on him! gives me peace of mind while we're out malling in another country :)
i hope anton wears it soon too. super likot nila kasi no?
